We have heard Mr. Golegaonkar, the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for respondents/State.

The learned A. G. P. submits that, as yet the Committee has not passed orders after the matter is closed for orders. 3.

According to the petitioner, as per the contents of the roznama, the date was fixed, but the petitioner was not issued with the notice of the said date. As the petitioner was not issued with the notice of the said date, the petitioner could not remain

2 wp 3508.19 present and in absence of the petitioner matter has been closed for orders.

Considering the fact that final order is not passed by the respondent/Committee, we pass following order. 5.

The respondent/Committee shall afford an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner as well as to file his say. The petitioner shall appear before the Committee on 18.03.2019 and shall file his say and the respondent/committee shall also hear the petitioner on merits and thereafter decide the proceedings. All contentions of respective parties are kept open. 6.

The writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
