Mr.Kore, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the appeal before the District Court is still pending.

In an appeal filed by the present petitioners, application for temporary injunction

2 W.P.No.6906/13 is rejected. This Court had directed parties to maintain statusquo under order dated September 11, 2013 till the next date i.e. 18.10.2013. Thereafter, the said order is not continued.

Considering that for almost four years, no interim order is in force. It would be beneficial for the parties to get the appeal decided as it is submitted that appeal is still pending.

4.

In light of that, the District Court shall decide the appeal on its own merits expeditiously, preferably within six months.

The Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
