Learned advocate for applicant submits that the original petitioner has expired on 05/02/2014. Hence, the civil application is filed for bringing legal heirs of original petitioner on record. 2.

Death certificate of the petitioner is placed on record. There is no delay as such in filing the civil application, as the same is filed within limitation period after death of petitioner. However, the civil application is pending since 2014.
