ORDER:

Mr Patil, the learned counsel for respondents No. 3 and 4 submits that, the steps are taken with regard to Flour Mill run by respondent No. 5. Notice was issued. Maharashtra State Electricity Distribution Company Ltd. (MSEDCL) was directed to disconnect the electricity supply. Police help was taken and the Flour Mill is sealed. 2.
In view of that, the grievance made by the petitioner would not subsist.

Mr Patil, the learned counsel for respondent No. 5 submits that, the action of respondent No. 3 and 4 is illegal. 4.
We are not adjudicating the contention of either of the parties. We have only recorded the submission of respondents No. 3 and 4. In case the respondent No. 5 is aggrieved by any action, he is entitled to prosecute remedy available to him. In that regard, all the contentions of respective parties are kept open. 5.
The Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
