At present we are not inclined to consider other prayers, however, we find considerable force in the argument of learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner that his representation filed with the Commissioner, Latur City Municipal Corporation, Latur on 02.10.2017 is not yet decided, though considerable time has been lapsed from filing such representation.

In that view of the matter, we direct the Commissioner, Latur City Municipal Corporation, Latur to decide the said representation on its own merits, if not decided, in accordance with law and if necessary after hearing present petitioner as expeditiously as possible, however, within two weeks from today and communicate said decision to the petitioner.

Needless to observe that in-case of adverse decision on the representation of the petitioner, the petitioner would be at liberty to avail of an appropriate remedy, as available in law.

With the above observations, the petition stands disposed of.
