Mr. Jaiswal, the learned advocate for the petitioner submits that, pursuant to the order dated 27th August, 2021, the respondents have released the vehicle of the petitioner. 2.

Subsequently penalty of Rs. 2,00,000/- is also imposed upon the petitioner. The petitioner may file an appeal against the same in accordance with law.

With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
