The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, the application filed by these petitioners for issuance of tribe certificate is pending with the respondent No. 2 since February 2015. The same is not yet decided.

The learned Assistant Government Pleader waives notice for all respondents.

In case the application for issuance of tribe certificate is filed by petitioners and the same is pending with the respondent No. 2, then the respondent No. 2 shall decide the same on its own
