The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, in August 2016, the petitioner has submitted proposal for verification of his tribe claim with the respondent No. 2/Committee. The vigilance is conducted in February 2018. The petitioner is a student of XII standard and wants to appear for NEET examination.

Considering the above, we pass following order. 3.

The petitioner shall appear before the Committee on 02nd April, 2018 and receive the copy of vigilance report. The

2 wp 3054.18 petitioner shall file say to the vigilance report within a period of one week from the date of appearance.
