We have heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Assistant Government Pleaders for the respondents/ State in respective matters.

The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that, the respondents be directed to allow the petitioners to occupy their respective tin sheds till actual start of construction work of shopping complex by the Gram Panchayat or by the Government. 3.

Naturally, the work of construction of shopping complex

4 wp 5440.21 has to be commenced by the contractor to whom work is allotted after giving vacant land.

The petitioners may make representations to the authority concerned with regard to their prayer and the authority may consider the same on its own merits and in accordance with law and policy.
