The learned Additional Government Pleader accepts notice for respondent Nos. 1 and 2. Mr. Joshi, the learned counsel accepts notice for the respondent No. 4.

It is submitted that, vigilance is conducted and the petitioner has filed his say to the vigilance report. 3.

Considering the above, we pass following order. 4.

The respondent No. 2/Committee shall decide the validation proceeding in respect of tribe claim of the petitioner by

2 wp 3055.18 end of May 2018. The petitioner shall appear before the Committee on 02nd April, 2018. The respondent Nos. 3 and 4 shall not withhold the result of petitioner's examination only on the ground that validation proceeding is pending. Of course, respondent Nos. 3 and 4 can take further course of action depending upon the judgment that would be delivered by the Committee in validation proceeding. The writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
