Issue notice to respondents. The learned Additional Government Pleader accepts notice for respondent Nos. 1, 2 and

4. Ms. Jadhav, learned advocate holding for Shri Bayas, the learned advocate accepts notice for the respondent No. 3. 2.

The validation proceeding is pending with the respondent No. 4/Committee. The petitioner has appeared for IInd year M.B.B.S. winter - 2017 examination. The result of petitioner's examination is withheld.

Considering the above, we pass following order. 4.

The respondent No. 4/Committee shall decide the validation proceeding of the petitioner in accordance with law, expeditiously and preferably within a period of six (06) months from the date of appearance of the petitioner. The petitioner shall appear before the Committee on 02nd April, 2018. The respondent Nos. 2 and 3 shall not withhold the result of petitioner's examination only on the ground that validation proceeding is pending. If the petitioner is otherwise eligible, then the respondents shall not refrain the petitioner from prosecuting further studies and appearing in the examination. Of course, the respondent Nos. 2 and 3 can take further course of action depending upon the judgment that would be delivered by the Committee in the validation proceeding. The writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
