The petitioners seek leave to withdraw this petition with the liberty that the clearing of the obstruction as ordered by the Tahsildar under Section 5 (2) of the Mamlatdars' Courts Act, 1906, would be subject to the pending litigation.

Considering the above, I am not causing any interference in the impugned order/notice dated 05.03.2019. This petition is disposed off as withdrawn. However, the implementation of the order of the Tahsildar pursuant to the notice dated 05.03.2019, shall be subject to the result of the revision proceedings pending under Section 23 (2) before the revisional authority.
