Heard. The petitioner has already approached the Collector by filing appeal against order impugned in this petition on 09.03.2023 (Exh."D"). Instead of going into merits of the matter, this petition can be disposed off by directing the learned Additional Collector, Aurangabad to

( 2 ) wp3158.23 decide the said appeal at the earliest and in any case within six months from today. In view of this, this Court finds that no notice is necessary to respondent Nos.5 and 6. The learned AGP waives notice for respondent Nos. 1 to 4.
