Admittedly the petitioner has an alternate remedy under Section 247 of the Maharashtra Land Revenue Code. 2.

In view thereof, petition stands disposed of with liberty to take recourse to the alternate remedy. 3.

In case, if appeal/revision is preferred by the petitioner against the order dated 2nd March, 2023, the same be decided expeditiously and in any case within a period of four weeks from the date of lodging of such proceedings. 4.

During the pendency of proceeding of appeal, the petitioner shall also at liberty to seek interim relief in the nature of release of vehicle in the matter.
