Learned Advocate for Respondent No.5/Agricultural Produce Marketing Committee (APMC), has filed affidavit in reply and placed on record a resolution passed by it, thereby resolving to renew the licenses of the Petitioners. The licenses of the Petitioners are renewed, subject to the decision of the Revision preferred by the Petitioners. 2.

In that view of the matter, the grievance of the Petitioners is redressed. Writ Petition therefore is rendered infructuous and is disposed of as such.
