The only grievance raised by the Petitioner is that, Respondent No.4 has been granted compensation when his land is not acquired. He is satisfied with the entire compensation that is paid to him and has no grievance. A Civil Suit is also pending between the Petitioner and the Respondent No.4 2.

The learned advocate for the Petitioner submits on instructions that the Petitioner desires to withdraw this petition and would participate in the pending civil suit as a defendant.

In view of the above statement, this petition is disposed off as withdrawn on instructions.
