Applicants are seeking condonation of delay of 313 days in preferring appeal challenging compensation granted by the Tribunal in M.A.C.P. No.265 of 2019.

Learned counsel for the applicant would press into service grounds enumerated in paragraph Nos.4 to 12 of the application for condoning delay.

Considering the explanation for condonation of delay tendered in the above paragraphs, I do not find that there is no reason to disbelieve the same. There are no malafides on the part of the applicants in preferring appeal belatedly. It is desirable to allow application.
