The present applicants, who are arrested by Pachod Police Station, Tq. Paithan, Dist. Aurangabad in Crime no.I-13 of 2015 for the offences punishable under section 302, 307, 498-A, 504, 201 r/w. 34 of the Indian

2 Cri. Appln. 1614-2016 Penal Code, are praying for their release on bail. 3.

The statement made by the deceased - daughterin-law of the present applicants, would show that she was unable to beget any child. In the circumstances, on 25/01/2015, as quarrel over the same issue between her and the present applicants arose, applicant no.1 - Jijabai i.e. the mother-in-law poured kerosene on her person, applicant no.2 - Ashok instigated her by saying that she should be put to flame and accordingly she was put to flame. Therefore, she was admitted to the hospital.

After recording of the statement, she died and, therefore, the present offence came to be registered.

It is an admitted fact that the charge is framed by the learned Sessions Judge in the month of August, 2015 and the trial is going on.

Learned A.P.P.P. submits that today itself, some witnesses are being examined.

Considering all the material on record and finding that there is strong prima facie case against the present applicants, the Application is dismissed. 8.

The learned Sessions Judge is requested to have expedited hearing in the Sessions Case.
