The applicant is seeking bail in the event of his arrest in connection with Crime No. 06/2020 for the offences punishable under Sections 143, 147, 149, 109, 152, 155, 353, 332, 341, 504, 506 of Indian Penal Code and under Section 135 of Bombay Police Act, 1951. He had been granted ad interim bail by the order dated 09.03.2020.

Without indulging into merits independently, suffice for the purpose to observe that this Court has granted anticipatory bail to coaccused Sheikh Moin Sk. Mehmood on 04.03.2020 and one Balaji Parasram Bodkhe on 16.06.2020. Unlike Shaikh Moin and Balaji name of the applicant does not appear in the FIR. There is no exceptional reason to segregate the case of the applicant from that of
