This is an application for condonation of delay of 395 days, caused in preferring Criminal Revision.

For the reasons stated in the application, Criminal Application stands allowed, subject to payment of costs of Rs. 3,000/- (Rs. Three Thousand) to be deposited before this Court, by 9th June, 2016. 3.

If the costs is deposited, respondents will be entitled to withdraw the same. If costs is not deposited, the application shall be treated as dismissed without further reference to the Court.
