The learned AGP draws out attention to paragraph 3 of the order dated 13.06.2022, passed in Writ Petition No. 5206 of 2022 and submits that there is no disobedience of the order of this Court by any Police Station. The Petitioner made a statement that he desires to approach the Police Station, with a complaint. This Court has only recorded the statement and disposed off the Petition and the Police Authorities were expected to act in accordance with the Code of Criminal Procedure. The Petitioner

(( 2 )) 938-CP-501-2023 was also given liberty to file a complaint under Section 156(3) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.

In view of the above, we find that the learned AGP is right in contending and there is no disobedience. 3.
