Mr. Pawar, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the Head Master of the Ashram School has submitted a proposal seeking approval to the appointment of the petitioner as Madatnis to respondent No. 3 in the year 2015 and the same has been forwarded by respondent No. 3 to respondent No.2; however, no decision, as yet, is taken thereon.

The learned A.G.P. appears for respondent Nos. 1 to 3 and accepts the notice for these respondents. 4.

In case the proposal (page Nos. 21 and 22) is pending with respondent No. 2, then respondent No. 2

wp3877-2017 shall decide the same on its own merits in accordance with law expeditiously and preferably within four months. With these directions, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
