In the present application, applicant No.1 - Devraj Vyankat Phad is praying for his temporary release in view of the fact that the applicant No.1, pursuant to hall tickets dated 9th March 2016 intend to appear for B.S.L. IV year examination of Jurisprudence and Administrative Law subjects and B.S.L. V (final hear) examination of Moot Court (Practical), Drafting (Practical), Women and Law relating to Child Law, Poverty and Development Land Laws, Civil Procedure Code and Law of Evidence subjects.

Learned A.P.P., upon instructions from D.I.G. (Prisons), Nashik, where the applicant No.1 is undergoing sentence, submits that the said authority has undertaken to provide escort to the applicant so as to facilitate him to undergo the examination on respective dates, provided applicant deposits the requisite charges of escort. 4.
Learned Counsel for the applicants submits that the date of the examination are already scheduled and the applicant No.1 is required to appear for examination on 15th, 17th, 18th, 19th, 21st and 28th March 2016, for which the examination center is Law College, Beed, administered by M.S P. Mandal, Beed.

In view of above, the D.I.G. (Prisons), Nashik is directed to appropriate arrangement for appearance of the applicant No.1 - Devraj Vyankat Phad, so as to facilitate him to undergo the examination, as observed herein above in para 2 of the order. The applicant undertakes to bear the expenses of escort, as informed by learned Counsel for the applicant, which are to be deposited, as shall be communicated to him by the Jail Authority. 6.
It is open for the authority to pass appropriate order of retaining the applicant No.1 at sub jail, Beed till conclusion of his examination as observed in paragraph 2 herein above.
