Learned counsel for the parties are ad-idem that with passage of time, the efficacy of Writ Petition no. 1645 of 2011 stands worked out since the petitioners have undergone the educational courses and also have been conferred with degrees by the University.

Learned counsel for petitioners in Writ Petition no. 2898 of 2011 as well resiles to the situation and purports to act fairly, stating that the management is no longer interested in prosecuting the Petition further in view of aforesaid position. 3.

Writ Petition no. 1645 of 2011, as such, stands disposed of, as its purpose appears to have been worked out under the interim order. Rule made absolute accordingly. 4.
