With the assistance of learned counsel we have identified the respondent nos. 1 to 7. They confirm the terms of settlement. They agree to dispose of appeal as per exhibit 'X'. 4.

First Appeal stands disposed of in terms of the settlement which is at exhibit 'X'.

An amount of Rs. 5,00,000/- (Rupees five lakhs) out of the amount which is already deposited in this Court shall be disbursed to the appellant - Insurance Company and the balance amount with accrued interest shall be disbursed to respondent nos. 1 to 7 - Claimants. 6.

Court fees shall be refunded as per Rules.

Award be drawn up accordingly.
