By the order of which execution is being sought, the Zilla Parishad, Aurangabad was directed to extend all the benefits going by the order dated 17.12.2017 to the petitioner.

Learned advocate for the Zilla Parishad tenders across the bar a copy of communication address to the Executive Engineer of Zilla Parishad by the Administrative Officer, whereby, he has been informed about payment having been made to the petitioner in respect of gratuity, leave encahsment and arrears of pension. The communication is taken on record.

The contempt petition is disposed of keeping open the issue, if any, regarding the calculations.
