Heard. This is an application for bail under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure. The applicant has apprehension of being arrested in connection with Crime No.187/2022, registered at City Police Station, Bhusawal for the offence punishable under Sections 107, 108, 119, 120, 120-B, 166, 166-A, 167, 168, 182, 191, 192, 196, 217, 218, 420 of the Indian Penal Code.

pre-arrest bail by this Court vide order dated 8/3/2023. The order granting applicant interim protection, dated 14/3/2023 needs to be confirmed. Hence the order :

O R D E R

(i) The application is allowed.

(ii) The order granting applicant interim protection, dated 14/3/2023 is made absolute.

(iii) The applicant shall not tamper with prosecution evidence and shall appear before the investigating officer as and when required for investigation purpose.
