After having heard learned counsel for the applicants, the Court expressed disinclination to grant the relief to the applicant No.2 Eknath Bhausaheb Ugalmogle since he assaulted his wife with a wooden log, causing her grievous injuries. Learned counsel for the applicants, therefore, seeks leave to withdraw the application of applicant No.2. The application of applicant No.2 Eknath Bhausaheb Ugalmogle thus stands disposed of as withdrawn.

So far as regards applicant No.1 Bhausaheb Ananda

Ugalmogle and applicant No.3 Ganesh Bhausaheb Ugalmogle are concerned, they have also been beaten up in the incident. They have suffered simple injuries. Others of the other side too suffered injuries simple in nature. In view of the same, the order granting interim protection applicant No.1 Bhausaheb Ananda Ugalmogle and applicant No.3 Ganesh Bhausaheb Ugalmogle vide order dated 16/3/2023 is made absolute. 3.

The applicant Nos.1 and 3 shall not tamper with the prosecution evidence and shall appear before the investigating officer as and when required for the purpose of investigation. 4.

The application is disposed of.
