The Applicant/Shree Sai Baba Sansthan Trust has put forth prayer clause (B) and (B1), which read as under :- "(B) The Applicant may kindly be permitted to implement the Resolution No. 75 dtd. 11.01.2024 for inviting E-Tender for purchase of the Tools and Equipments for which an estimated amount of Rs.74,46,778/- is required to be spent.

(B1) The Applicant may kindly be permitted to implement the Resolution No. 76 dtd. 11.01.2024 for

2955.24ca (2) inviting E-Tender for purchase of the Machinery for which an estimated amount of Rs.2,86,63,000/- is required to be spent."

We have perused the Resolution Nos.75 and 76. Our attention is drawn to the fact that the learned District Judge, who is the chair person of the Adhoc Committee, constituted by the High Court, has approved the said Resolutions. 3.
