Learned counsel for the applicant submits that throughout the proceedings applicant had been enlarged on bail. He, therefore, urges for granting application for suspension of substantive sentence of imprisonment and bail during pendency of criminal revision application.

He further submits that an amount of Rs.2,00,000/- as directed by the trial court has already been deposited.

Cri-Apln-1621.16 Having regard to the same, the sentence stands suspended and the applicant be enlarged on the same bail conditions, as were imposed during pendency of proceedings before Sessions Court, however, on furnishing fresh bonds.

Criminal application stands disposed of.
