By the present application, the applicant-wife seeks transfer of proceedings being Hindu Marriage Petition No.170 of 2015 from the Court of Civil Judge Senior Division, Dhule to the Family Court at Nashik or any other competent Court at Nashik.

The respondent consents for grant of application in terms of prayer clause (B). Thus, the Misc. Civil Application stands allowed. The proceedings being Hindu Marriage Petition No.170 of 2015 stand transferred to the Court of Civil Judge Senior Division, Nashik.

Parties agree that they shall appear before Civil Court Senior Division at Nashik on 3rd October, 2017.
