( 3 ) Waghur Dam Division, Jalgaon and Mr. K. A. SawantPatil, Special Land Acquisition Officer and Mr. Dhongade, Advocate for acquiring body have signed the chart/statement of compromise stating that parties have settled the matter in terms of order passed by this court (Coram- S. V. Gangapurwala, J.) in first appeal No. 3060/2013 dated 19/12/2013 and other connected appeals.

All learned counsels, Executive Engineer for acquiring body and Special Acquisition Officer have signed statement of compromise "X" and are present. All learned counsels stated that parties have settled the matter, as stated in the statement of compromise.

Learned counsel appearing for the appellants stated that he will file letters of authorization of all the appellants within two weeks from today.

Mrs. Chaitali Chodhary, learned counsel appearing for the acquiring body-respondent No. 2 states that this respondent will deposit amount of compensation as per this award within one year from the date of receipt of copy of this award to which
( 4 ) learned counsel for the claimants-appellants have no objection.
5.
In view of above, all the appeals are disposed of. Decree be drawn in terms of compromise chart marked "X". Acquiring body-respondent No. 2 shall deposit amount of compensation as per this award within one year from the date of receipt of copy of this award/decree.
6.
Court fee refund, if any, be refunded to the appellants/claimants.
7.
In view of settlement in the matters, civil application/s, if any, stand/s disposed of.
