We have heard Mr. S. J. Salunke, learned counsel for the petitioner.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has given representation to the Chief Executive Officer, Zilla Parishad, Osmanabad making grievance against one Mr. Pandurang Gunwant Kumbhar that without attending the school he has shown his attendance and withdrawn salary without working. 2.

The learned A.G.P. appears for respondent No. 1. 3.

The petitioner is resident of Pimpalgaon Dola, Taluka Kallam, Dist. Osmanabad. The school is situated in Kallam, District Osmanabd.

The petitioner does not have personal interest in the matter. The person Pandurang Kumbhar is also not a party. 5.

As the petitioner does not have personal interest in the matter, the writ petition would not be tenable.
