The petitioner has filed this contempt petition alleging willful disobedience of the order passed by this Court on 04.01.2022. 2.
Learned AGP, on instructions, states that the caste claim of the petitioner is already decided. The caste validity certificate however could not be issued since the petitioner has not submitted his photograph and few other details and further states that if the same is complied with, the caste validity certificate would be issued within one week from today. Statement is accepted.

Learned counsel for the petitioner states that his client would submit photograph and would comply with other requirements, if any, within three days from today. Statement is accepted.

In view of the statement made by the learned AGP, we do not propose to take any action under the provisions of Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 against the respondents.

Contempt petition is accordingly disposed off. No order as to costs.
