ORDER IN CIVIL APPLICATION NOS. 6181/2021 and 6182/2021 1.

Respondent No.4 Anil Rajaram Rajane, has passed away and by these applications, his legal representatives are sought to be brought on record. Mr. Bhokrikar, learned Counsel for the applicant submits, that the proposed legal representatives have already been brought on record in the trial Court, and therefore, there should not be any impediment for bringing them on record here. He places reliance on the order dated 30.01.2020 by the trial Court, which records this position.

In view of the above CA No. 6181/2021 and CA No. 6182/2021 stand allowed. The persons named in para 4 of the CA No. 6181/2021 and in para 2 of CA No. 6182/2021 be brought on record as legal representatives of deceased respondent No.4. The
