The Petitioner prays that the representation dated 20.11.2022 tendered with Respondent No.1, be decided within a time frame.

The learned AGP submits that the representation needs to be tendered to the School Education and Sports Department, Maharashtra State, Mantralaya. Respondent No.1 needs to be replaced by the said Department.

The learned Advocate for the Petitioner submits that he would tender a fresh representation to the School Education

Leave to correct the description of Respondent No.1. Correction be carried out forthwith.

In view of the above, this Writ Petition is disposed off with the following directions:- (a) The Petitioner would tender a fresh representation to respondent No.1/ School Education and Sports Department, on or before 10.04.2023.

(b) Respondent No.1 would consider the said representation on it's own merits and in accordance with the policies and the Government Resolutions as may be applicable. (c) The decision on the representation would be communicated to the Petitioner.

(d) Let the above exercise of considering and deciding the representation, be completed within sixty days from the date of receipt of the representation.

(e) We make it clear that we have not expressed any opinion as regards the merits of the representation of the Petitioner.
