Learned counsel for the applicants submits that the acquiring body is ready to deposit the amount within 12 weeks.

Considering the submissions advanced, the application is allowed in terms of prayer clause 'B' subject to deposit of entire amount in terms of award within 12 weeks from the date of this order. Failure to deposit the amount within the stipulated period as per the statement made, interim stay granted stands vacated without further reference to the Court.
