The learned AGP submits that Respondent No. 3 is the competent Authority to consider the grievance of the Petitioner. The learned Advocate for the Petitioner submits that he would tender a detailed representation to Respondent No. 3, within 15 days. The learned AGP submits that Respondent No. 3 would decide the said representation within 30 days.

In the view of the above and considering the

Needless to state, after Respondent No. 3 receives a fresh representation from the Petitioner, the same would be responded to and a decision thereon should be taken within 30 days and should be communicated to the Petitioner within 15 days thereafter.
