In connected Civil Application No.4989 of 2022, this Court has allowed the applicants/acquiring body to deposit Demand Draft of Rs.1,63,19,000/- towards 25% of the decretal amount arising out of two appeals (First Appeal (Stamp) No.8283 of 2020 and First Appeal (Stamp) No.8287 of 2020.
