The applicant claims that he has received solvency certificate on 13th March, 2015 and as such prayed for withdrawal of the amount in terms of the observations made by this Court in paragraph 7-B of the order dated 7th October, 2014.

The application is not objected on behalf of the respondents. Thus, for the reasons stated in the application, application stands allowed in terms of prayer clause (B).

The applicant is permitted to withdraw the amount and as such, time stands extended up to 30th June, 2015 at the request of the applicant.
