By this application, the applicant seeks to condone the delay of 286 days caused in filing the application for bringing legal heirs on record of deceased respondent no.14.

The applicant is also praying permission to bring L.Rs. of deceased respondent no.14 as shown in the title clause, on record of the second appeal.

Notice of this application was issued. The respondents are served. So far as respondent no.8 is concerned, service is made by private mode. Affidavit of service is filed on record. None appears to contest this application.
