Present Petition has been filed to direct respondent No.2 committee to decide the tribe claim of the petitioner which is pending since 8th May 2023.

Learned AGP waives service of notice for respondent Nos. 1 and 2.

It appears that the petitioner is a student of 12th Science and preparing for NEET-UG-2024. She claims that she belongs to

wp-3417.24 Scheduled Tribe category and therefore, he is in need of the validity certificate.

Since the claim of the petitioner is pending since 8th May 2023, taking into consideration the pendency before respondent No.2 and also the need of the petitioner, we direct respondent No.2 to decide the tribe claim of the petitioner as early as possible and in any case within a period THREE MONTHS from today.

With the aforesaid directions, the Writ Petition stands disposed of.
