The entitlement of regular pay scales to the employees appointed in aided Ashram schools run by private management at par with those working in the Government Ashram schools, is the issue. 2.

We have heard both the sides.

The issue is no more res integra in view of our decision in the matter of Swabhiman Shikshak Va Shikshaketar Sanghatana Maharashtra Rajya Nashik and others Vs. State of Maharashtra and others (writ petition no. 4300 of 2021) decided on 20-09-2022. 4.

We follow the same course.

We allow the writ petition and direct the respondents to pay to the petitioners wages at the minimun of pay scale admissible to

2 WP / 6000 / 2023 the post of watchman / Security Guards / Multi-Tasking Staff engaged in the Government Ashram schools. Monetary benefits arising out of the extension of such pay scale however is restricted to the three years next before date of the petition.
