The trial Court is therefore requested to frame the charge within a period of one month from the date of receipt of copy of this order and conclude the same preferably within next six months. 5.
If the trial could not be concluded within the time frame, the applicant may revive his claim for bail.

The State is requested to provide the applicant requisite medicines. The medicines provided by the relations of the applicant be given to him on proper verification.
