The learned counsel Mr. S.C. Arora waives service for respondent No.3 - acquiring body.

The respective applicants -appellants are seeking condonation of delay of 954 days in filing first appeal. The respective applicants claim that as soon as they received compensation amount they filed appeal, but by that time the aforesaid delay had been caused. 3.

The learned AGP as well as learned counsel for respondent No. 3 - acquiring body strongly opposed the applications.

However, for the reasons stated in the applications, the delay of 954 days stands condoned subject to condition that applicants shall not claim any interest for the aforesaid period of delay and the period spent in taking belated circulation.

Accordingly all the applications stand disposed of. 6.

The appeals be placed for admission after removal of office objections, if any.
