Petitioner No.1 is the biological brother of the employee Paresh s/o Naresh Bhirud, who passed away on 05/06/2018, while being in service of Respondent/Company. Petitioner No.2 is the wife of the deceased, who has a 3 years old child. She has remarried and has issued a consent letter on 05/11/2022 in favour of Petitioner No.1 for appointing him on compassionate basis. The application tendered by the Petitioner, dated 16/11/2021, is still pending consideration with the Respondents.

In view of the above, this petition is disposed off. We expect the Respondents to decide the said representation / application, dated 16/11/2021, expeditiously and preferably, on or before 31/05/2023.
