It appears that there are office objections, so also learned Advocate Mr. Ingle, who was appearing for respondent No.1 in Civil Application No.14688 of 2018 has strong objection stating that learned Advocate Mr. Rakhunde has not obtained his consent. So also, the Vakalatnama which is filed by learned Advocate Mr. Rakhunde appears to be not even signed by respondent No.1 in Civil Application No.14688 of 2021 i.e. Gurappa Mahadappa Zambre.

Under such circumstance, present civil application cannot be considered unless the objections are removed and therefore, remove from the board.
