The petitioner seeks transfer of Marriage Petition No.51 of 2025 pending before learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), Wadgaon Mawal, District Pune to Family Court at Aurangabad. 3.

The respondent is present in person and submits that he has no objection if proceeding is transferred as prayed. However, requests this Court to direct expeditious disposal at Family Court at Aurangabad.

Having considered submissions advanced, present application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (B). 5.
