The applications of the petitioners for issuance of caste certificates are rejected.

Mr. Vibhute, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that due to ignorance the petitioners did not annexe the relevant and material documents with the Sub Divisional Officer, Hadgaon, District - Nnaded and also before the committee. In Writ Petition No. 7608 of 2019, the petitioner has produced on record the documents showing the caste recorded as Mannervarlu in the school record of his father and cousin great grandfather. In Writ Petition No. 7609 of 2019, the petitioner has produced on record the documents showing the caste recorded as Mannervarlu in the school record of his real paternal uncle and cousin great grandfather. In Writ Petition No. 7634 of 2019, the petitioner has produced on record the documents showing the caste recorded as Mannervarlu in the school record of his real paternal uncle and great grandfather. The petitioners be given opportunity to produce these documents before the Sub Divisional Officer.

The learned A.G.P. accepts notice for the respondents and submits that with the available material on record, the committee and Sub Divisional Officer did not commit any error in
3 wp 7608.19+ rejecting the application of the petitioners. 4.
It appears that the petitioners did not produce the necessary documents, thereby, prima facie cannot prove their case. The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have produced on record the school record of the father, cousin grandfather, real paternal uncle, great grandfather in respective petitions showing the caste recorded as Mannervarlu.

With a view to give one more opportunity to the petitioners and considering the nature of the matter involved, we set aside the impugned judgments and orders and remit the matters to the Sub Divisional Officer. The petitioners may file the additional documents on which the petitioners are relying. The Sub Divisional Officer shall thereafter decide the said proceedings afresh. 6.
The writ petitions are disposed of accordingly. No costs.
