This application is fled to restore the Criminal Writ Petition No. 1018 of 2021. By order dated 9th March, 2022 this court has dismissed the writ petition for want of prosecution. 2.

Learned counsel for the applicant submits that inadvertently the counsel has not noticed the matter.

In view of above and for the reasons stated in the application, criminal application is allowed in terms of prayer clause "B" subject to cots of Rs,.100/- to be deposited to the Library, Advocates Association of High Court Bombay, Bench at Aurangabad. 4.
